
For the ice cubes:
8 Edible flowers, such as violets or rose petals
200 ml Cold jasmine tea
For the cocktail:
1 tsp Orange blossom honey
25 ml Elderflower cordial
1 Grapefruit, juiced
75 ml Vodka
300 ml Prosecco

Place 1 flower in its own hole in an ice cube tray, then add water, and freeze.

Pour the jasmine tea into a cocktail shaker, then add the honey, elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice, and vodka.

Add a handful of plain ice cubes, then shake well.

Divide the mixture evenly between 2 tall glasses.

Top up each glass with the Prosecco.

Add extra ice.

Add a couple of flowery ice cubes to each glass.
